About Robert Jones (Lazy Eye Art)

Robert Jones is an acclaimed British film and television producer and contemporary artist based 

in North London. With a career spanning more than four decades, his work has garnered 

multiple Academy Awards and BAFTA nominations. Under Lazy Eye Art, Jones specializes in 

figurative painting, abstract art, and documentary-style street photography.

For over 40 years, North London-based producer Robert Jones has shaped the global cinematic landscape. His distinguished career includes producing Oscar-winning masterpieces The Usual  suspects and Gosford Park, Paul Thomas Anderson's debut feature Hard Eight, and the BAFTA and Academy Award-nominated Dirty Pretty Things. Turning his talents to television, Jones has recently steered major hits including the BBC's historical epic King and Conqueror starring James Norton, Channel 4’s police satire Babylon (co-created with Danny Boyle and Succession’s Jesse Armstrong), and the cyber-thriller The Undeclared War. Now, working under the artistic banner of Lazy Eye Art, Jones is stepping out from behind the camera lens to debut a deeply personal collection of physical artwork.
